what is it?

An ad series highlighting Alani Nu energy drinks in a way that is eye catching. My responsibility was to conceptualize, photograph, edit, and present the entire ad series.

This project including handing off my work to another designer to allow them to create a social media series, giving a real world scenario of making sure files are organized in a manner that made sense to someone first getting into my files.

Concepting

I created sketches for ideas on how I wanted to Photoshop the cans. I wanted to create the ad series to be exaggerated and in a fun, twisted way.

Photographing

Part of taking pictures of the product was creating a shadow box, using a cardboard box and large paper.

Edits /WIP’s

Creating the background, editing the images to not be so dark and making it feel like the cans weren’t just floating in mid-air was a fun challenge.

Final images were saved in CMYK format for print. I was very excited with how they turned out and they feeling they portray to the viewer.
